The registration fee of US$ 25 covers the following: library, academic transcripts, identity card and any other communication that shall take place between the institute and the students. The fee is payable once only by new students.
Tuition Fee: Each semester 500 $.
Degree examination fee of 100 US$. This is paid in the third year. Payment should be made immediately upon receiving an invoice from the bursar of the Seminary, usually in the second semester.
Fees should be paid within the first two weeks of each semester in US$ in cash or by cheque. If payment is made by cheque, please add ten US dollars (US$ 10) for bank charges. Any payment that shall be made after two weeks, the amount will increase by five percent (5%). No refund shall be given after registration. Payment may also be made in T Shs at the current exchange rate.
Part-time students and auditors may take up to three (3) courses at a special fee per course. If more than three (3) courses are taken, full tuition is payable.
